HYDRILLA
This is a small, isolated path of Hydrilla near the boat dock.
The density of this exotic invasive was reduced, I believe,
primarily by consumption by Manatees.

CICADA B&W

CICADA
Note the tiny bright red ocelli between the two large compound
eyes. The primitive eyes assist with detection of movement.

MY FAVORITE IMAGE OF THE CICADA
This is my favorite of a series of images of the cicada made on
a white background. I accidentally inversed the color and I liked
the result!

STRIATED SPINNER STARFISH
I of course made that name up, because
of its pose. I don't know the actual name.

Sunset on the first day, taken from the 3rd floor of the condominum.

This is one of many water abstracts ... I am SO fascinated by water!
